Overseas Pakistani gets back possession of land worth Rs 6 million

As a result of the efforts of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, an expatriate Pakistani has got back possession of his 4 Kanal, 17 Marla agricultural land worth Rs 6 Million. Director General, OPC, Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari while giving details in this regard told that Ijaz ahmad, settled in Manchester, United Kingdom, filed a complaint that some persons have forcefully captured his 4 kanal 17 Marla land situated in village Bhakrian Wala, District Gujranwala. This complaint was referred to District Overseas Pakistanis Committee (DOPC) Gujranwala and with the efforts of members of DOPC, the Overseas Pakistani got back possession of his land. DG Javed Iqbal Bokhari further said that due to the intervention of OPC, thousands of complaints of expatriate Pakistanis have been settled amicably.
