OPC recovers 19 properties worth Rs 270 million

Due to the intervention of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, as many as 19 Properties of expatriate Pakistanis, worth Rs 270 million have been got retrieved from the illegal occupants during the last one week. Commissioner OPC Afzaal Bhatti informed this while presiding over a departmental meeting. Director General Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari and other senior officers of OPC were present on this occassion.Afzaal Bhatti told that the properties situated in Lahore, Okara, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Attock, Toba Tek Singh, Pakpattan and Sargodha Districts were under illegal occupation. OPC with the help of relevant District overseas Pakistanis Committees (DOPCs) got the said properties vacated and handed over to their owner
