The regular meeting of the newly appointed honorable Vice Chairperson OPC with all District Chairmen was held at Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab on October 29, 2021.After assuming the office of Vice Chairperson since September 21, 2021, the honorable Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab, Syed Tariq Mahmood Ul Hassan held the first regular meeting of the District Overseas Chairmen on October 29, 2021 at OPC Punjab, Lahore.
The Vice Chairperson addressed the meeting and said "we, under the leadership of honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and the worthy Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Bazdar, are not only working for the protection of the rights of overseas Pakistanis but also making the productive policies to promote the investments in Pakistan". He further reinforced "the purpose of my life is to serve humanity and being an overseas Pakistani, I am well aware of their problems and ongoing stagnant challenges."
The meeting was attended by Provincial Minister for Culture Khayal Ahmed Castro, Commissioner Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab Syed Khadim Abbas, Director General OPC Commission Punjab Ishratullah Khan Niazi, Director legal OPC Raja Zubair, Director Police OPC Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, Director Admin OPC Tanveer Majid, OPC Executive staff and International Islamic Scholar Allama Zaheerul Hassan from USA.
