Additional Chief Sectary Punjab Iram Bukhari chaired follow up meeting of Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission with directions to evaluate complaint resolution at district level % age satisfaction calculation & launch OPC Mobile App for early redressal of OPC Complaints. Vice Chairperson OPC Ch. Waseem Akhtar also had a detailed discussion with ACS on how to make the complaint redressal mechanism of OPC more efficient and effective. Commissioner OPC Syed khadim Abbas and Director General OPC Ishrat ullah khan Niazi were also present in the meeting.
