Expatriate’s house worth Rs10 million got vacated

Untiring efforts of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab to resolve the issues of expatriate Pakistanis are yielding fruitful results. In a recent move, OPC has got vacated a house ,worth Rs 10 million of an expatriate Pakistani  from the illegal occupants. This was stated by Vice Chairperson OPC, Shaheen Khalid Butt while presiding over a departmental meeting. DG OPC, Javed Iqbal Bokhari and other officers attended the meeting. VC OPC told that Majid Salim, settled in United Arab Emirates, filed a complaint that tenants have illegally occupied his house in Rawalpindi . This complaint was referred to District Overseas Pakistanis Committee (DOPC) Rawalpindi, and with the help of its members the captured house was got vacated from the occupants and handed over to its owner, Majid Salim
